Terms and conditions governing use of the DOODER platform
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DOODER consumer mobile application and website (“Platform”) operated by ZETLY INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED under Indian law.
By registering, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
DOODER operates as a technology marketplace connecting users with independent third-party providers for rides, food delivery, groceries, errands, home services, jobs, staffing, emergency assistance and related services.
DOODER is not itself a transportation, restaurant, staffing or emergency service provider and does not guarantee the performance of third-party services.
Prices, delivery fees, surge, convenience charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. The final amount includes GST where applicable.
Payments may be made via UPI, cards, net banking, supported wallets or cash on delivery (where permitted), processed through third-party gateways.
Cancellation rules and fees vary by service type and are shown in-app. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or DOODER wallet within a reasonable time.
User-generated content must be lawful and respectful. DOODER may moderate or remove content that violates policy and may use anonymised feedback for service improvement and marketing.
Harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, misuse of emergency services, non-payment or property damage may lead to suspension and legal action.
All trademarks, logos, UI, content and software belong to ZETLY INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Users receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOODER’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant transaction or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.
DOODER may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, non-compliance, security or legal reasons. Users may deactivate accounts via in-app settings.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Hyderabad, Telangana. Subject to arbitration, courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
